Today I would like to introduce a moving-image of new manufacturing process. This time, it is a preparation process of Extraction.
In previous “Life-power of Culture-medium,” I have introduced the culture-medium making, which was the bed for seed-fungi. Seed–fungi cultivated comfortably warm in this culture-medium, in several months, they will be energetically spreading mycelia fully in culture-medium. And when, by our unique technology, the Life-energy of mycelia is elevated to its maximum, and then it is ready to enter the preparation process of Extraction.
In Extraction preparation process, first of all, culture-medium is heated by High-pressure-Sterilization-Equipment. And after heating, from culture-medium appearing with large amount of steam, such an incredible aromatic good smell floats around. It is obvious that food with good smell is delicious and its vital-force is high, and so, we the manufacturing staffs, our hearts pound with excitement when we inhale this aroma. After scraping out the culture-medium with scraping machine, next is the extraction process. I will introduce this process the next time. Please look forward to it.
