We have newly opened a moving-image of High-Pressure-Sterilization ~ Seed-fungi operation, which are the manufacturing process of our Kinshoku (Fungi-food) products.
In this moving-image, culture-medium to inoculate seed-fungi are sterilized by High-temperature・High-pressure, and the operation of inoculation of seed-fungi in hygienic Clean-bench could be viewed.
