My daughter’s recent growth has been simply amazing, and I spend every day in astonishment. She speaks many words, and understands most of what we are saying, so we can already have a simple conversation.
Recently, when she is put in a stroller or lifted into the arms, she often cries, burst into tears, and screams, “Down! Down (put me down)!” She wants to walk anyway she wants, on her own two feet. And when she starts walking freely, she is in a very good mood. And as she goes off on adventures, hand in hand with her big-brother, the mother is constantly chasing after them, with a mad dash from behind day after day.
