　This time, a special open class at EMS (Essenssial Management School) where you can learn the essence of business will feature a three-hour video recording of a dialogue between Martial arts master and researcher Kono Yoshihiro sensei and Shigyo Sosyu. Based on this video, EMS representative Mr. Saijo Takeo will give an online lecture on July 19th (Fri.) 20:00~22:00, with the theme of “The Essence of Bushido in Overcoming False Hope,” in which he will use “The Crisis Management that Saved Japan from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accident” as an example of Bushido.

Dialogue between Kono Yoshinori sensei x Shigyo Sosyu

　Furthermore, based on these videos and Mr. Saijo’s class lecture, on July 26, 2024 (Fri.) 20:00 ~ 22:00, Mr. Hojo Ryou, a representative of Amane-ryu and a body thinker who studied martial arts under Kono Yoshinori sensei, will hold a dialogue session to deepen the content of the class. Please apply for the open class, which will include 3 grand contents: Kono Yoshinori sensei x Shigyo Sosyu’s video, Mr. Saijo Takeo’s open class, and Mr. Hojo Ryou. The fee for this class is ¥5,000 for the general public (¥2,500 for EMS Fellows).

◆Kono Yoshinori
Born in Tokyo in 1949. Japanese martial arts master and researcher. He launched Shouseikan Dojo. He has independently conducted research into swordsmanship, sword drawing, spearmanship, martial arts, and other disciplines. He applies this knowledge to the field of sports and serves as a lecturer both in Japan and abroad. ◆Shigyo Sosyu
Born in Tokyo in 1950. Author and business person. Researcher of life-theory who practices and advocates a way of life centered on the combustion of life energy. Develops unique art projects. ◆Saijo Takeo : He is the youngest person to serve as a full-time lecturer and visiting associate professor at Waseda University Graduate School (MBA). In 2011, he established Japan’s largest comprehensive support volunteer organization. He founded EMS (Essential Management School), a management school based on essential behavioral science.
