This masterpiece revealing virtue and vice of equality and meritocracy which form the basis of democracy, and its intrinsic nature through this concept will be republished after the lapse of 40 years.

Book-band Recommendation:
“Indeed, this book is old. (…) This book was written in the period after World War II and the start of post-war democracy. That is why, the author sensed the intrinsic dream in the future, and at the same time must have perceived its essential vice. It is no exaggeration to say that [Syoshin (Original intention)] of Democracy has given birth to this book. Now we must go back to the original intention. If not the present people, shall lose the ability to create the future] ——from Shigyo Sosyu “Commentary—contribute to republication”
