“ARTIS” No.10

　”ARTIS” (Art in Latin) No.10, introducing the collection of our gallery in various perspectives and receiving favorable responses from the readers, will be published. In this booklet, in the interview to Shigyo Sosyu, “The Art Talk,” contemplating on the theme of “Journey of the Wind,” what “Wind” brings forth to Art.

　Humans are originally the Wind. If we listen with strained ears to its breath, a poet depicts it in a poem, and artist depicts it in a painting. This issue will be to give a thought to the “Wind” which we have usually forgotten.

　The theme of this ARTIS is in accordance with Shigyo Sosyu Collection Exhibition “Journey of the Wind Exhibition” (period: Apr.12~Jun.26, 2021), and displaying the inner approach which the journey has brought to the artists together with the representative artists of Shigyo Sosyu Collection such as Abe Hiraomi, Toshima Yasumasa, Hirano Ryo. We also would like to have you visit this Exhibition.
