We are pleased to announce that Shigyo Sosyu will be speaking at an event called EMS (Essential Management School) Days 2025 on Saturday, August 23. EMS is the first school in the world to offer Essential Behavioral Studies, and since its founding in 2019, it is a management school producing a total of more than 2,500 graduates. It is an excellent school that offers special programs such as keynote speeches, special lectures, and dialogues by leading lecturers who are full of essential wisdom for happy life and organizational management.

　At EMSDays2025, a large-scale annual event, Shigyo Sosyu will speak with Mr. Takeo Saijo, President of EMS, from 14:00-15:00 on the topic of “Kotodama Keiei (Management by the Spirit of Speech: Mastering the Art of the Word),” followed by a keynote speech from 17:00-18:30 on “Keiei shinai Keiei (Management without Management: The Roots of Leadership)”, a panel discussion will be held with Mr. Yoshihisa Aono, EMS board member and President and CEO of Cybozu, Inc. and Mr. Takeo Saijo.

　You can participate online from afar on the day of the event, and for those who cannot attend in real time, archived videos of the event will be available later from Wednesday, August 27, 2025 to Monday, September 15, 2025, so you can watch at your leisure when you have time. The deadline for ticket sales is Sunday, August 24, at 21:00. You can enter and leave freely on both days, and you can join the event at any time you like, or start at a time that suits you.

Shigyo Sosyu will not be speaking on August 24th.
