As for BIOTEC Online Shop, orders placed by Dec.27, 2022 (Tues.) will be shipped on Dec.28, 2022 (Wed.).
※If there is a request of Designated-date-time-delivery, we will ship accordingly to the customer’s request.

Orders received during the period from Dec.28, 2022 (Wed.) ~ Jan.03, 2023 (Tues.) will be shipped on the first business day of the new year, Jan.04 (Wed.).

For those who are the Regular-delivery-course user, and the delivery dates are from Dec.31, 2022 ~ Jan.05, 2023, due to our closing period, the confirmed delivery-date, and the settlement-date will be forwarded. We would like to ask for your understanding.

In addition, the change of the first delivery date at the time of new Regular-delivery-course, and the next delivery date of the ongoing Regular-delivery-course are normally 5 days later at the shortest. However, from Dec.27, 2022 6:00 pm ~ Jan.04 at 9:00 am, the change of Designated-date-time will take 11 days later at the shortest, which is an irregularity.
