In 10MTV Opinion, distribution of new series, “What is the genuine Enthusiasm?” will start. In this program, it will be a dialogue between Mr. Tamura Jun, former vice president of Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shigyo Sosyu, and they will fervently talk on how to establish one’s philosophy and aim in one’s work, and “Yaruki (Enthusiasm)” needed in practicing them.
 
Mr. Tamura Jun succeeded in recovering the share by enhancing Yaruki (Enthusiasm) of the sales field when he became the manager of Kochi branch office, and at the time Kirin was losing out to Asahi Beer’s Super Dry in the most desperate battle. He will narrate from his experiences of subsequently producing actual results being in charge of the sales division in 4 Prefectures of Shikoku area, and The Tokai Region and became the vice president.

Shigyo Sosyu being a business person has established the enterprise of Kinshoku・Mineral solely by his aspiration, and presently built the company’s own building at Kouji-machi, Chiyoda-ku. And he will narrate on what is his attitude of steadily developing the enterprise through the 36 years.
