From Apr. 1, 2020, delivery service of our products forwarded from Nihon Seibutsu Kagaku Co., Ltd. will be changed to Yamato Unyu [Takkyubin]. (Osaka Branch Office is same as the present Yamato Unyu.)

From this time, limited to the product delivery from our head office, Yamato Unyu [Kuroneko Members] Service is available. This service provides the notice of “Product delivery schedule,” “Notice of non-delivery,” and the instruction such as “Change of delivery date・place,” “Request for re-delivery” could be mailed from the Smart-phone and PC.
In order to use [Kuroneko Members] Service, it is necessary for you the customer to register directly. This service could be used when the phone number of the customer registered to our company, and the phone number the customer registers to [Kuroneko Members] is the same.
