This new series, titled “Life and Work Philosophy,” will start on Friday, September 12, 2025, on 10 Minutes Academy(renamed from 10mTV Opinion).
　This dialogue series features the familiar duo of former Kirin Holdings Co.,Ltd. Vice President Tamura Jun and Shigyo Sosyu, engaging in fundamental discussions about work philosophy deeply connected to life itself. Mr. Tamura frequently lectures, drawing on real-world examples, to bridge the significant gap between corporate philosophy and actual management practices—a common challenge for many Japanese companies. He will propose practical methods, informed by these on-the-ground insights, emphasizing the inseparable nature of life and work.
　On the other hand, Shigyo Sosyu, while acknowledging Japan’s recent economic situation often referred to as the “Lost 30 Years,” develops his own theory that, contrary to this negative assessment, Japan’s lack of economic growth actually shielded it from the full brunt of the collapse of Western-style globalism. He further delves into a theory of Japanese civilization, suggesting that the unique Japanese qualities of flexibility and a positive sense of “Tekito (lack of seriousness)” may effectively guide society forward in the future.

　This series offers a valuable dialogue that encompasses the overall economic landscape and even prospects for the future after the collapse of globalism. We highly recommend watching it!
